ORGANIC OIL

Our Organic Oils are produced only through physical and mechanical processes only. There are no chemical solvents used in the production of our organic oils. We use cold press technology in the production of our range of organic oils. We ensure that temperatures are kept below 50^oC while pressing our oils.

Only organically farmed oil seeds are used for the production of our cold pressed oils. The pressed oils are further filtered through physical methods and we ensure that the organic oils made available to our customers are fresh and in its purest form.

ORGANIC LECITHINS

We are into the production of organic lecithin from our organic cold pressed sunflower oil and soybean oil. The organic lecithin is produced from the gums produced through water hydrolysis of our organic cold pressed oils.

Further these hydrated gums (hydrated phosphatides) is centrifuged to separate lecithin.

Homogenizes the extruded products, facilitates the assimilation of nutrients and improves the efficiency of rations. Numerous applications as a feed additive.

Organic Mango Butter

We are producing organic mango butter from wild collected mango kernels. Our organic mango butter is produced through expellers and are physically refined. After being extracted from the kernel of the mango fruit, mango butter is then deodorized leaving the end product with a mild to nonexistent odor. Our mango butter has a composition resembling Shea and Cocoa, with a slightly different fatty acid content. It generally has a rich creamy color and is hard at room temperature. Mango butter has natural emollient properties; it has traditionally been used in the tropics for its moisturizing and smoothing properties. Mango butter is a great source of essential fatty acids, and has beneficial moisturizing properties for lotions and acts as a mild lubricant for the skin.

Organic Glycerin

We are producing organic glycerine from non-palm and non-soy sources of organic cold pressed oils. Our organic glycerine is made from organic cold pressed flax seed oil and from organic cold pressed castor oil. We are producing this glycerine using continuous high pressure hydrolysis. Organic Glycerine produced by us is a syrupy, odourless and colourless liquid with great moisturizing properties. Our organic glycerine finds its application as key ingredient in the production in cosmetic formulations such as – soaps, shaving foam, toothpaste, hair care and skin care products.
